Here is a brief overview of the steps you will need to take after receiving an email invitation from the Sitecore Cloud Portal administrator.

Receive an email invitation
The email you receive from the administrator is sent to the email address you use when you log in.A sample of the actual e-mail you receive will look like this

This email must be executed within 7 days of receipt. The administrator can also check the status of this invitation email from the Invitaions screen.Click on the Go To Portal link in the email you received by invitation to proceed with the process of logging in to the portal. Once clicked, the login screen will appear as shown below.

First time use
If you are using Sitecore Cloud Portal for the first time, click Sign up listed under Continue on the screen you accessed to proceed with account creation.

After entering the email address you were invited to use, you will be taken to a screen where you can set a password for your new account.

The following criteria have been established with respect to password rules
- 8 charactor or more
- Contains three or more of the following types of characters
- Uppercase (A-Z)
- lowercase (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Symbol (!@#$%^&* etc.)
After setting a password that clears this rule, click Continue. If an account has been created, information about the organization to which you have been invited will be displayed.

After confirming the Organization to which you have been invited and clicking the Accept button, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have logged in to.

Click Verify account in the email you received to complete verification of your email address.

The last setting is the name that will be displayed in the Sitecore Cloud Portal.

The Sitecore Terms and Conditions for use will then be displayed.

After confirming and accepting, you will be able to log in to the Sitecore Cloud Portal.

If you already have an account
If you already have an account with another Organization, please login with your existing account.

After logging in, you will be prompted to confirm which Organization has invited you.

The procedure for the next steps will be the same as when you create a new account, so we will omit them here.
Forgot Password
If you already have an account but have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?

Password reset is available in case you forget your password.To reset, enter the email address of the corresponding account.

You will be redirected to the following screen, where a password reset email will be sent to the email address you specified, or you can click on Resend email to receive a new reset email.

After a short time, an email will be sent to the specified email address to reset the system.Click on the Set a new password button in the email.

The screen will be for setting a new password.Please set a new password according to the password rules.

When the new password and confirmation password match, the password change is complete.
